Shea Roberts

Shea is a Senior majoring in Sociology who has been part of the Career Services team  since 2024. She supports Tiffany Appleton, the Associate Director for Employer Relations, and has learned so much more about employers and student life at UMass through this role. Working here has opened up so many learning opportunities for her, and she loves being surrounded by such a positive, supportive team where everyone’s always smiling and ready to help with anything. Shea enjoys getting to know students whether it is through small conversations at career fairs or helping them with the Iris Photo Booth, and helping make this big campus feel a little smaller and more connected. In her free time, she likes to go on walks, bake, hang out with friends, and make people laugh.
