Associate Director for High Impact Practices
Kristin Brooks is the Associate Director for High Impact Practices in the Office of Career Development and Professional Connections. She works to expand and improve access to hands-on learning experiences across campus, ensuring students can easily connect with opportunities that support their career goals. Kristin collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and employers to create meaningful field experiences while directly supporting students in finding and engaging with opportunities that help them grow their skills and career readiness. Outside of UMass, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new meal ideas, and staying active through outdoor activities.
