Joanna Miles

Joanna brings a student-focused career development background to the The Career Hub as the Career Director for Interdisciplinary Studies, advising Bachelor’s Degree with Individual Concentration (BDIC) and University Without Walls (UWW) students. 

Her role includes supporting online and flex learners, many of whom have returned to school after some time away. She helps these students build a bridge between a return to academics and their professional aspirations. She focuses on curating upskilling opportunities including online coursework, certifications and learning paths, project simulations, micro internships, and other non-traditional experiential learning.

Outside of work, she enjoys swing dancing and live music around the Pioneer Valley.
