MERC Career Fair
The Massachusetts Education Recruitment Consortium (MERC) is the second-largest education career fair in the country. Held in April, MERC sees 100+ schools and education-affiliated companies looking to hire students to work in Massachusetts and across the United States. Since UMass Amherst is a member of the consortium, you can attend the MERC Fair for free each year.

Job Boards are search engines where employers post jobs. While there are search engines that compile jobs from many industries such as Handshake, Indeed, or LinkedIn, there are also education-specific job boards.
