Become an Ambassador for the UPWC Today!

Ready to make a real impact on campus? We're recruiting faculty and staff ambassadors for the UMass Professional Wardrobe Closet, and we want YOU.

Here's the deal: Too many talented students let financial barriers hold them back from interviews, internships, and career events. Our Wardrobe Closet changes that by providing free professional clothing but only if students know about it. That's where you come in.

Become an Ambassador

What ambassadors do:

  • Refer students who could benefit from the wardrobe closet

  • Share information with colleagues and staff who support students (advisors, career services, residence life, faculty, etc.)

Why your support matters:

  • Directly helps students access professional attire they may not otherwise be able to afford

  • Boosts student confidence and career readiness

  • Promotes sustainability by reusing quality clothing

  • Strengthens the campus community by connecting services and supports

The goal of the “Suit Up for Success” campaign is to evolve UMass's Professional Wardrobe Closet into a sustainable resource meant to promote professional development practices for all UMass students. UMass cannot make this initiative a success without staff, faculty, alumni, and community members who are generous enough to open their hearts—and closets—to our young emerging professionals.
