Jess (Abroad for spring 2024)
Psychology (Min. English) 24

I am a Psychology major and English minor. I fell in love with the Rec my freshman year of college. As a retired athlete, I felt comfortable in the supportive environment and made my closest friends. Now, I have a passion for teaching others how to incorporate fitness into their lifestyle as I am currently working on my national certification. My experience interning with an athletic trainer made me prioritize body recovery and balance. I specialize in weight training for muscle gain as well as strength, weight loss, and cycle syncing. I want to teach others how to reach their goals while listening to their bodies, especially women in different hormonal stages. I am excited to help anyone reach their goals and expand their knowledge of fitness.
