If you want to lift, firm, and shape your booty, then this class is for you! This is strength training created specifically for booty gains. Learn proper form and technique while strengthening your legs and glutes for a tight, toned behind.
Increase muscle strength and endurance using a variety of modalities, including body weight exercises, sandbags, kettlebells, body bars, assault bikes and more. Exercises will include both lifting weights for major/minor muscle groups and compound lifting to increase overall muscle strength, function and flexibility.
This strength-based class targets all your major muscle groups. You’ll walk out of the room feeling strong and sore. Kettlebells are a great tool that can be incorporated into any strength routine, and this quick format will give you a full body workout in just 30 minutes. Kick It By Eliza’s mission is to empower females, better known as the Fempire®, through a 13-round kickboxing and music-driven group fitness method. This class includes high intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components, and a meditative cool down. All levels welcome.
Kick It X Core
A traditional Kick It By Eliza inspired kickboxing class with a challenging core component to spice things up.
This ballet-based workout is aimed at increasing flexibility, strength, body awareness, and balance. By focusing on the elongation of the muscles, participants can channel their inner dancer without having to learn complex choreography. No dance experience necessary.
Cardio Hip Hop
Cardio Hip Hop is a dance-based cardio class designed to get you moving to a variety of hip hop songs. In this class you will sweat out your stress with fun hip hop moves. You’ll use dance to strengthen and sculpt your body all while having lots of fun! No dance experience necessary!
Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music with a little hip-hop thrown in, Zumba® is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Asana & Meditation
This contemplative practice combines asana (postures), pranayama (breathing work), meditation, and yoga philosophy. Mild to moderate postures are woven with breathing technique to increase the flow of prana (life-force energy) throughout the body.
Acrobatic Vinyasa Yoga
This class blends the wisdom of yoga and the dynamic power of acrobatics. This class explores the practices of yoga that will help participants achieve advanced poses like arm balances and headstands. This class also incorporates partner work, so bring a friend! No experience with acro is necessary, but experience with yoga is highly recommended.
Broga is a yoga class geared for men (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes). Strong, energetic and challenging. Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout. You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from “working in.” If you’ve already been to a class, we’ll see you again soon. Gentle Flow Kripalu Yoga
Kripalu is a gentle hatha yoga practice with a compassionate approach. It places an emphasis on meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Over time, students are taught to observe their thoughts without judging and to accept and love themselves as they are.
Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga
Kripalu is gentle yoga that emphasizes moving at your own pace, self-acceptance, and adaptability. It is ideal for anyone who may be encountering stress, challenges, or changes.
Pilates is a system of movement and exercise created and developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Using specially designed moves, Pilates educates, realigns, re-patterns and balances your body. It increases muscle strength while promoting coordination, stamina and flexibility.
This strong and steady class offers softer flow and longer postural holds that will stretch and strengthen your entire body. In Vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow are all Vinyasa style yoga classes.
Spinning®/Indoor Cycling Classes
A 30-minute version of our spinning classes with twists and turns, jumps, tap backs and hills, presses and travels. This class is fast and furious so come turn and burn with us!
Rec Spin is a twist on the traditional Spinning method, turning it into a full body workout. We ride to the beat, crunch our bodies down, and tone our arms with the help of weights on bike. Get ready for the boutique fitness craze that is taking the country by storm. This is indoor cycling at its best.
Spinning®-brand classes are a great way to get a vigorous workout without the impact of running or jumping. You’ll burn calories and keep your muscles in shape while building your cardiovascular endurance and strength.

Spin and Barre is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spinning bike. We end the class with 20 minutes of barre training. This combination of ballet-inspired lower body work, low-weight resistance training and bodyweight work make for an intense, yet low-impact, toning workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No dance experience necessary. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners who may not be ready for a full Spinning class.
Spin & Body
Spin and Body is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30-40 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spinning bike and then move to some total body conditioning. The boot camp section of the class changes so you might see circuit training, Tabata style, HIIT and more. This is a great full-body conditioning class that works on both cardio vascular and muscular endurance.
