Classes are limited to 50 participants in rooms 210 & 215, 75 participants in room 118 and 39 participants for Spinning® classes. Some classes are limited due to available equipment; these numbers are specified in the class description.

Core/Strength Classes

30-Minute Abs
30-Minute Abs features intense core work. Set to upbeat music, you’ll work your entire core and learn new exercises to help sculpt the body. This class is for all fitness levels and is a great way to fit a quick but challenging workout into your busy day.

30-Minute Stretch
This 30-minute class will help you increase your flexibility and range of motion. You’ll stretch your legs, hips, arms, shoulders, and back. Come elongate your muscles and help your body recover.

This combination of ballet-inspired lower body work, low-weight resistance training and bodyweight work make for an intense, yet low-impact, toning workout. Moves are done on the mat and at the barre. No dance experience necessary.

Boot Camp
This circuit-style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming out to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat!

Kettleball Power
This action packed full body class will leave you feeling sweaty and strong. This class uses compound movements to target multiple muscle groups at a time for an even more efficient workout. No experience required!

Strength Circuits
This strength based class will target all muscle groups allowing you to increases your stamina and aerobic fitness while building strength and endurance. This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.

Total Body Burn
This strength-based class targets your glamour muscles: the booty, the arms and the abs. With fun music and high energy, you can condition, strengthen and tone some of the biggest muscle groups. All levels of participants are welcome.

TRX® Boot Camp (24)
TRX Suspension Training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises that build power and increase strength, flexibility, balance and mobility. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Cardio Classes

Cardio Kickboxing
An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance. It's an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.

Insane Body Challenge (IBC)
Experience high intensity interval training at its very best. Combine cardiovascular and strength-training circuits into one action-packed class.

A Tabata interval, also called a Tabata sequence, is an interval training cycle of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without a pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. An intense and challenging form of interval training, you'll get your heart rate going and complete a hardcore workout with this fun and exhilarating class!

Dance Classes

This ballet-based workout is aimed at increasing flexibility, strength, body awareness, and balance. By focusing on the elongation of the muscles, participants can channel their inner dancer without having to learn complex choreography. No dance experience necessary.

Cardio Hip Hop
Cardio Hip Hop is a dance-based cardio class designed to get you moving to a variety of hip hop songs. In this class you will sweat out your stress with fun hip hop moves. You’ll use dance to strengthen and sculpt your body all while having lots of fun! No dance experience necessary!

Contemporary Dance
Contemporary is an extremely artistic style of dance. It is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and modern dance, and usually contains an emotional journey, or story.  There is a lot of creative freedom when it comes to contemporary dance.

Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music with a little hip-hop thrown in, Zumba® is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. You’ll learn to love working out through dance with this upbeat and exciting class! “Ditch the workout... join the party!!”

Mind/Body Classes

30-Minute Pilates
Pilates is a system of movement and exercise created and developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Using specially designed moves, Pilates educates, realigns, re-patterns and balances your body. It increases muscle strength while promoting coordination, stamina and flexibility. 

Acrobatic Vinyasa Yoga
This class blends the wisdom of yoga and the dynamic power of acrobatics. This class explores the practices of yoga that will help participants achieve advanced poses like arm balances and headstands. This class also incorporates partner work, so bring a friend! No experience with acro is necessary, but experience with yoga is highly recommended.

Broga® Yoga
Broga is a yoga class geared for men (where it’s okay if you can’t touch your toes).  Strong, energetic,and challenging, Broga combines the best core-strengthening, muscle-toning, cardio-working, stress-reducing, clarity-enhancing yoga postures with functional fitness exercises for an amazing workout.  You’ll get that pumped-up feeling you get from working out and a deep flexibility and relaxation feeling from “working in.”  If you’ve already been to a class, we’ll see you again soon. If not, you’ll thank yourself for making the effort to show up. Good music, cool vibe, all are welcome.

Buti® Yoga
"Buti" – is an indian Marathi word meaning “the cure to something kept hidden or secret.” This class puts a twist on the traditional flow of yoga that you’re used to. Cardio, strength training, and flexibility are all incorporated into this workout. Tribal dance and power yoga come together to make one action packed class.

Classical Hatha Yoga
Classical Hatha yoga provides a well-rounded class for both beginning and intermediate level students. Each class begins with a short centering exercise and topic from Classical Yogic Philosophy and continues through a mid-paced Hatha Yoga Practice. There are occasionally times to practice Meditation at the end of class, if students wish. 

Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga class is focused on using the poses to create changes in our lives off the mat. Poses are held for a long time, and many cues to improve one's pose or enhance one's experience within a pose will be given as the poses are held. Therapeutic uses of yoga are a focus, and all levels, beginners as well as "advanced" students, can challenge themselves in this class. This energizing and rejuvenating class welcomes all levels of “yogis.” Focus on breathing with movement and creating strength and flexibility through vinyasa flow. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. 

Come reduce stress and improve your mental health. This class will help you improve your sense of awareness and deepen your relaxation. Your breath will ground you as you take this hour for yourself.

Power Vinyasa Yoga
Power Vinyasa yoga is a unique sequence of postures aimed at strengthening the mind-body connection. Its hallmark is the emphasis on intuition over tradition. With roots deep in classical yoga and a Baptiste flair, this class will allow you to stretch and strengthen every part of your body and mind. This method encourages vitality, strength and healing as we work with the body as a whole. You don't need any previous experience or knowledge of yoga. Remember, the prize is in the process!

Qigong is a mind/body/spirit integrative exercise. "Qi" means vital energy and "gong" means to work or exercise. Qigong is an energy gathering/nurturing exercise. Qigong is sometimes referred to as Chinese yoga. Qigong includes static exercises (sitting, standing, lying down meditation) as well as dynamic or movement. All qigong exercises are nurturing if done with relaxation, tranquility and awareness.

Vinyasa Yoga
This strong and steady class offers softer flow and longer postural holds that will stretch and strengthen your entire body. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow are all Vinyasa style yoga classes.

Yin Yoga

This form of yoga is a quiet and simple practice. Instead of targeting muscles, targets deep connective tissues, ligaments, joints, and bones. Poses will be sustained for long periods of time and will create a still body and still mind.

Spinning®/Indoor Cycling Classes

Express Spin (39)
A 30-minute version of our spinning classes with twists and turns, jumps, tap backs and hills, presses and travels. This class is fast and furious so come turn and burn with us!

Rec Spin (39)
Rec Spin is a twist on the traditional Spinning method, turning it into a full body workout! We ride to the beat, crunch our bodies down, and tone our arms with the help of weights on bike. Get ready for the boutique fitness craze that is taking the country by storm. This is indoor cycling at its best!

Spinning® (39)
Spinning®-brand classes are a great way to get a vigorous workout without the impact of running or jumping. You’ll burn calories and keep your muscles in shape while building your cardiovascular endurance and strength.

Spin & Body (39)
Spin and Body is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30-40 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spinning bike and then move to some total body conditioning. The boot camp section of the class changes so you might see circuit training, Tabata style, HIIT and more! This is a great full-body conditioning class that works on both cardio vascular and muscular endurance.

Spin & Core (39)
Spin and Core is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30 minutes of Spin and Core is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spinning bike. We end the class with 20 minutes of core training. The abdominal exercises can range from slower-paced exercises to high intensity moves. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners who may not be ready for a full Spinning class!
