Classes are limited to 50 participants in rooms 210 & 215, 75 participants in room 118, and 39 participants for Cycling/Spinning® classes in room 121. Some classes are limited due to available equipment; these numbers are specified in the class description.

Indoor Cycling/Spinning Classes
Express Spin
Express Spin is our signature rhythm ride with cardio intervals, choreography, and strength moves condensed into a 30 minute format. This high intensity interval style cycling class is a great cardiovascular workout, incorporating hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All fitness levels are welcome.
Rec Spin
Rec Spin is a twist on traditional indoor cycling turning it into a full body workout! Our signature rhythm ride includes cardio intervals, choreography and weights for a complete workout all set to the beat of the music. Experience a ride that is distraction free and will inspire and empower you! All fitness levels are welcome.
NOTE: Overhead lights are often turned off during class. Colored, disco-style lights may be used (no strobe).
Spin & Abs
Spin & Abs is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Schwinn power bike. We end the class with 20 minutes of core training. The abdominal exercises can range from slower paced exercises to high intensity moves. This class is great for all levels, especially beginners who may not be ready for a full indoor cycling class.
Spin & Body
Spin and Body is a 60-minute class broken into two parts. We begin with 30-40 minutes of cardiovascular training on the Spinning bike and then move to some total body conditioning. The boot camp section of the class changes so you might see circuit training, Tabata style, HIIT and more! This is a great full-body conditioning class that works on both cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Strength & Conditioning Classes
30-Minute Abs
This class features intense core work compacted into a fast, effective workout. Set to upbeat music, you’ll work not only your core, but learn new exercises to help sculpt your entire body. This class is for all fitness levels and is a great way to fit a quick, but challenging workout into your day!
Abs & Booty
This class is a strength and endurance workout that targets the Core and Glutes. Using free weights and other various equipment, you’ll strengthen and lengthen your Abs and Glutes through a variety of exercises challenging the core and reinforcing balance, all while getting the heart pumping!
Barre
This ballet-based workout is aimed at increasing flexibility, strength, body awareness, and balance. By focusing on the elongation of the muscles, participants can channel their inner dancer without having to learn complex choreography. No dance experience necessary.
Boot Camp
Our Boot Camp classes are typically structured as interval style classes and include calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. Your cardiovascular and muscular fitness will be challenged in this class which incorporates calisthenics, free weights, plyometrics, and an assortment of equipment for a variety of exercises in each class. All fitness levels are welcome.
Booty Boot Camp
Booty Boot Camp is a lower body strength building class to fire up your booty and other leg muscles. Get ready to strengthen your glutes and legs with weights, bands and bodyweight exercises. Perfect for individuals of any fitness level looking to gain more knowledge about lower body strength training and become more confident in the weight room!

Also known as Abs, Booty, Cardio - this class is a toning, strengthening and endurance workout that targets the Core and Glutes. Crunches, Curls & Cardio
Curls ‘N Crunches
Curls & Crunches is an upper body strength training class, focusing on stabilizing your core and strengthening your arms. It incorporates weight training and bodyweight exercises to build all upper body muscles. Start off your week strong by getting stronger!
Full Body Fitness
This class includes circuit training, cardio exercise, body weight, and weighted exercises and finishes with core training and stretching for a complete workout.
Full Body Friday
This circuit style class incorporates strength and cardio into one high-impact workout. You will target all muscle groups for a full body training session while jamming to fun music. Be ready to break a sweat!
Glow HITT
HIIT classes are designed to build total-body strength and endurance in a short amount of time. This high-intensity class follows a strength-focused, Tabata-style rhythm some strength elements blended in to improve muscular endurance and strengthen your entire body.

Strength & HIIT
Take your workout to the next level with this combination of strength exercises and high intensity interval training. This class will build muscular strength and improve cardiovascular fitness through various exercises performed at specific intervals. All fitness levels welcome.
Total Body Burn
This strength class targets some of your biggest muscle groups throughout your upper body, core, and legs. With the use of weights, bands, and bodyweight, this class is sure to build up your strength. All levels of fitness are welcome to join this high energy class!
Total Body Strength
Build your strength with a variety of resistance exercises. The class will incorporate functional movements and compound exercises using weighted bars, dumbbells, and bodyweight.
Total Body Tuesday
This total body strength training class is designed to create a stronger and more balanced musculature. Strength work may include a variety of equipment such as dumbbells, barbells and resistance tubing while working out to high-energy music.

Ballet (25)

Belly Dance
Belly Dance is one of the most beautiful, exciting, and sensual forms of self expression. It is empowering, uplifting, healing, and fun! The typical Belly Dance cabaret (or routine), consists of several different segments, offering a complete glimpse into the dancer's soul.
Inversions & Arm Balances 101
This class will prepare the body for inversions and acrobatics through a dynamic warm up. The skills section will focus on intention movement, body alignment, and balance in various postures. Each class will include essential mobility drills and stretching to care for our joints and muscles.
Juggling 101
Experience the fun and excitement of indulging in such antics as juggling, plate-spinning, balancing, and lots more. See why juggling and balance exercises and tricks are more than just a fun way to move your body!
Zumba & Core
Come enjoy an energizing dance fitness class featuring a variety of Latin and International music. This is exercise in disguise! With 45 minutes of dancing you'll end class with a powerful core workout that will leave you feeling strong and capable!

Acrobatic Yoga
Acrobatic Yoga (Acro Yoga) is a partner and group practice combining yoga with acrobatics, often involving inversions and physical connection with other students. This class will help you build strength as well as communication skills to aid in developing shared balance with a partner. No partner/prior knowledge is needed to attend this class; we will work together to develop body awareness and balance. So get ready to play!
Creative Flow Yoga
The perfect way to prepare for the week ahead. This class fuses traditional yoga postures with modern movement systems and encourages you to focus on your body moving as whole. The class draws on Vinyasa yoga, with creative sequences and great emphasis placed on breathing exercises.
Guided Meditation
Participants will be guided though a meditation experience designed to spark insight, healing, healthy self-reflection, constructive imagination and improve overall wellbeing.
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga classes are sequenced in an arc. They begin with a slow warmup, then start to build up into peak poses with a final relaxation. Hatha yoga allows time and space for connecting with your body and breath for overall growth mentality, physically, and spiritually.
Healing Yoga
For one hour, come slow down from the fast pace of life. Flow through a series of nourishing postures, using your breath to move deeper into them. This class aims to heal any tightness and tension manifesting in your physical body so that you can step off of your mat and into the best possible version of yourself.
Meditation & Breathwork
This class will help you clear your mind and sharpen your awareness, increase energy, health, and mental balance, energize and calm your body and mind while becoming aware of the deeper layers of the self. Some of the benefits of meditation and breathwork are;

Mobility & Meditation
This class cultivates presence, awareness and deep relaxation through meditation, breath work, and mobilization. This class is perfect for beginners looking to build a foundation or for people wanting to focus on improving overall mobility. Spending time in postures with breath will help students center themselves, reduce stress, and allow themselves to just ‘be’. Open to all levels.
Partner & Acrobatic Yoga
This class is all about the art and importance of play and mindful touch. Whether you’re brand new to Acro Yoga, or have practiced for a while, you will challenge your balance, boost your creativity and become a better communicator. This playful class focuses on trust and teamwork as we explore L-basing acro, counter-balances, inversions, and more!
Pilates
Pilates is a system of movement and exercise created and developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Using specially designed moves, Pilates educates, realigns, re-patterns and balances your body. It increases muscle strength while promoting coordination, stamina and flexibility.
Pop PiYo
TGIF...Turn up the music! This class is a fusion of Pilates and Yoga that provide a full body workout including strength, endurance and mobility work to your favorite pop music! All are welcome!
Power Flow Yoga

Restorative Yoga
This class is designed with gentle floor based sequences using bolsters, blankets, and props that support the practitioner to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity. This hour long class is perfect for any level student.
Slow Flow Yoga
This slower paced Vinyasa yoga class emphasizes breath work through both active and grounding postures. This restorative and meditative flow will allow you to connect deeper with your mind and body which will leave you feeling refreshed and calm.
Strength Flow Yoga
An energized yoga and Pilates-inspired flow to build strength and flexibility with bodyweight and/or light weights to upbeat choreography. Acting as a base for everyday activities, Strength Flow Yoga emphasizes breath through active poses and incorporates mindfulness through movement in a positive environment. A fun mix of yoga, Pilates, and more!
Vin to Yin Yoga
Vin to Yin Yoga is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. This is normally done with Vinyasa as the first half of the sequence and Yin Yoga as the second half. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. In this class you'll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional sun salutations, balancing postures, twists and backbends. All fitness levels are welcome.
Wind Down Yoga
Wind Down Yoga is a 60 minute grounding practice. This class will help you shift gears as you move into your evening or rest time, allowing you space for centering and grounding. Gentle postures guide you to quieting your mind, opening your chest and hips, and lengthening your spine.
Yin Yoga
Yin is a more meditative style of yoga. Poses are done on the mat, and are held for 2-5 minutes in order to target the deeper tissues and muscles in our body, which can increase flexibility and mobility. With more time in each pose to work through and release tension and suppressed emotions, you will leave class feeling mentally and physically lighter. Breathe, feel, release, and find stillness and peace with us.
Yoga/Meditation/Breathwork
This class is an equal mixture of postures, breathing and meditation. Consider this a delicious, mindful, moving meditation. Gentle movement will prepare the body for deep breathing practices, as well as a variety of mindfulness techniques to help heal and soothe the mind. One of the keys to a happy and healthy life, is a regular practice of meditation, and this class is a perfect way to introduce you to meditation or to deepen your existing meditation practice.
