A deposit (if required) in the amount of 50% of the total is expected at the signing of the contract, which shall occur no later than 2 weeks prior to scheduled event.
Group is responsible for providing all necessary and required security/police, injury care/medical personnel and/or ambulance services for the scheduled event.
Prior to the scheduled event, group must provide a copy of certificate of comprehensive general liability insurance for personal injury (including death) and property damage with a combined single limit of at least $5,000,000 per occurrence, including contractual liability insurance covering all liability. In addition, group must provide a copy of certificate of public liability insurance, with coverage for Sexual Molestation/Abuse and athletic injury coverage, with limits of at least $2,000,000 per claim and $4,000,000 in the aggregate at all times during the term of the rental operation of campus and clinics.
