Club Sports Manager

Responsible for all Manager shifts including any openings, closings, weekends, etc. via rotation 10-20 hours a week of Manager Shifts/Duties. Attend weekly meetings, if necessary, in accordance with Club Sports Meeting Policy to review schedule and coverage. Report to your supervisor any issue with facility cleanliness, safety and equipment usage and safety protocols at all practices, scrimmages, match and or game competitions during those events' coverage. Enforce area specific rules, policies, procedures, and protocol. Operate and maintain area in accordance with facility and equipment standards. Resolve no shows, late employees, and substitutions within supervision area. Solve problems and make decisions regarding area specific concerns and issues. Communicate to Operation Supervisor the decisions and actions taken.

Facility Operations Assistant

Provide customer service to participants to ensure a safe & enjoyable experience. Enforce Recreation & Wellbeing policies & procedures. Maintain cleanliness of facility operations locations & equipment. Manage towels and day-use lock operations. Perform laundry services and light janitorial work. Collect and document lost-n-found items. Issue, collect and maintain recreation sports equipment. Set up and take down free-play equipment. Tend to accident and/or emergency situations. Serve as liaison between recreation participants and Recreation & Wellbeing staff. Other duties as assigned. Weekday morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts available. Fitness Floor Assistant

Provide exercise recommendations for participants, including assistance with form, technique, exercise frequency, intensity and duration. Enforce facility policies, procedures and protocols. Group Fitness Instructor

Qualifications: ability to conduct safe and effective classes, knowledge of strength training and cardiovascular exercise, good communication, national fitness certification (ACE, ACSM, AFAA or equivalent), adult CPR/AED. Personal Trainer

Conduct consultations, fitness assessments, and provide safe and effective instruction on a variety of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment. Qualifications: experience in developing comprehensive, customized exercise programs, knowledge of anatomy and physiology, knowledge of muscular endurance and strength training as well as cardiovascular training, flexibility, exercise selection, training intensity and duration, and good interpersonal skills. National fitness certification (NASM, ACSM, ACE, NSCA), adult First Aid/ CPR/AED both required. You will be contacted to schedule an interview if you meet the criteria for employment, application is complete, and have provided the required documentation. Swim Instructor

Provide individual instruction for varying ages to the campus community. Educate participants on proper technique and promote swimmer safety. Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities and goals. Provide lesson plans as appropriate. Conduct swim tests as required. Qualifications: American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor (WSI) preferred, current lifeguard, first aid, adult CPR/AED certification required, previous swim instruction experience required, proficient in swimming strokes, knowledge of and ability to demonstrate skills in lessons instruction and use teaching aids such as kickboards, diving rings, pull buoys, etc., ability to work independently, strong communication and customer service skills.
