Injury Care Provider

Provide first aid to intramural and club sports participants. Typical work hours between 4:00-11:30pm Monday-Thursday (early and late shift) and some Saturdays.
Qualifications: work study preferred, current first aid & CPR/AED certification required, current EMT certification preferred.
Hourly rate: $16.00 application

Intramural Official
Recreation & Wellbeing hires students as sports officials, commonly referred to as "referees." Officials work with their peers to provide a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for intramural participants. Officials are encouraged to officiate multiple sports to gain knowledge and skills necessary for advancement.
There is no application for the Intramural Officials position. For information on the hiring process please attend one of the Intramural Officials Information Sessions (see dates below)

- Wednesday, September 11- 6:00pm- Thompson 106
Preferred Qualifications: work study, knowledge of playing rules and/or playing experience, good communication skills. Game rate: $15.00

- Photo ID (drivers license, UCard, etc.) AND Social Security Card OR Birth Certificate

Typical Spring semester work week:
- Basketball: Sundays-Thursdays 6:30-11:30pm, 6-12 hours/week.
- 4v4 Flag Football: Mondays-Thursdays 4:30-11:30pm, 6-12 hours/ week
- Soccer: Mondays-Thursdays 4:30-11:30pm, 6-12 hours/week
- Volleyball: Mondays-Thursdays 6:30-10:30pm, 4-12 hours/week
- Softball: Mondays-Thursdays 4:30-11:30pm, 4-8 hours/week
*Some Sunday Meetings and Work may be required. These days will be provided at that Sports training.
Intramural Manager
Advancement available to current officials
Intramural managers are sports officials who demonstrate mastery of their craft and desire for self-improvement through experiential learning opportunities, both on and off campus. These individuals exhibit a strong commitment to the Intramural Sports program and the Campus Recreation community. They are responsible for assisting in training, evaluating and mentoring sports officials and making sure everyone has a safe, fair and fun environment while participating.
Program Assistant
Advancement available to current intramural manager
Program assistant is the highest student position within Intramural Sports. Program assistants train, schedule and manage sports officials in their assigned activities, coordinate and schedule sport activities and serve as extensions of the full-time staff. Several program assistants have gone on to pursue a career in collegiate recreation.
