Eli Rabson, an undergraduate Biology student in the Riley lab, recently had his first manuscript accepted for publication in the Undergraduate Research in Natural and Clinical Sciences and Technology (URNCST). The URNCST has been around since 2017, and has been a leading publisher for undergraduate research.
Rabson's manuscript focuses on the interconnect between Alzheimer's disease and the gut microbiome, with the purpose of determining if there are consistent compositional changes associated with Alzheimer's disease, and determining if antibiotics could serve as a mode of treatment for Alzheimer's.
