Dean's petitions are submitted and reviewed through the Academic Dean's office within the school of your major.
Your request will go to the Dean’s Academic Review Committee only when all paperwork has been submitted; approval is not automatic. Appointments with the Chief Academic Advisor may be required prior to the Review Committee's decisions.

Petition for Late Course Add
This form is for students who are requesting to add a course after the add/drop deadline. Please note, we cannot process your request until your instructor indicates approval.

Petition for Late Pass/Fail Option
This petition is for students who are requesting a change to elective P/F grading after the deadline has passed. The deadline for an elective Pass/Fail is set by University regulations and exceptions are extremely rare.
