Use the Change to Concentration form to update your curriculum courses, or to change your title and/or sponsor. Changes should be submitted each semester to keep your curriculum and academic requirement report up to date.
Instructions for submittal:
- Step 1: Request your current curriculum from the BDIC office: @email.
On the curriculum sheet highlight all courses to be removed.
DO NOT add courses or make any other changes. - Step 2: Select the Change to Concentration link and complete the Form.
List each new course along with a short description of how the course is relevant to your concentration.
Attach the highlighted curriculum. - Step 3: Submissions will be reviewed twice each semester: once midway through, before preregistration advising, and again at the end of the semester. You will receive a notification from the office once your changes have been approved, along with any comments.
