BDIC congratulates Rose Weiss

BDIC congratulates Rose Weiss (BDIC 2010, Concentration “Food Studies”) for winning the 2012 Bocuse D’Or USA Comiss competition, which carries the prize of a 3 month apprenticeship in France at the Michelin 3 start restaurant of her choice.  Rose is now a student at the International Culinary Center in NYC and extern at the well known Gramercy Tavern.  For the January 28th competition at the Culinary Institue of America, Rose prepared her interpretation of Poulet au Vinaigre, a classic dish from the Lyonaisse region where famous French chef Paul Bocusse is based.
