Dean's petitions are submitted and reviewed through the Academic Dean's office within the school of your major.
If you are a BDIC major (BA-BDIC or BS-BDIC) submit petitions to Rebecca Schwartz (firstname.lastname@example.org), Assistant Academic Dean.
All other majors, including BDIC secondary majors, should contact the Dean of their school.
Your request will go to the Dean’s Academic Review Committee only when all paperwork has been submitted; Approval is not automatic. Appointments with Chief Academic Advisor may be required prior to the Review Commitee's decisions.

- Petition for Late Course Add (requires Instructor permission)
- Petition for Late Course Withdrawal (DocuSign)
- Petition for Late Pass/Fail Option (DocuSign)
