Summary: The Eastern Canadian and US Northeast Sections held a joint meeting in June with a wide range of speakers presenting on the topic of engineered wood. Fredericton, New Brunswick, a small city and university town on the banks of the Saint John River played host to 38 conference attendees. The meeting consisted of a full day of technical sessions followed by a day of plant tours including the Norbord I-joist Plant and the J.D.
