Concert Band

Membership is open, without audition, to all UMass and Five College students. Fall semester rehearsals are Thursday evenings, 7:30 - 9:30 pm, and spring semester rehearsals are Tuesday/Thursday, 4:40 - 6:10 pm.

Amherst Community Band

The Amherst Community Band meets on Mondays, 6:00-8:00pm from June to August. The band gives 5 concerts during that time, and also does a special holiday concert every December. This ensemble is open to anyone (not just students, but anyone in the community). Contact Dr. Anderson for more information.
