*Refund Policy: Refunds can only be issued if we receive the returned book in brand new condition. Refunds for shipping & handling charges cannot be issued, book only. AES has the right to reject a refund request. No refunds for bulk orders.

You will then be directed to pay via credit card. We recommend ordering early as it may take 7-14 days for orders to be processed and delivered.

*Campus or local students may purchase the book and waive the shipping charge by selecting the "UMass/5 College I will pick up" option from the dropdown menu in the order screen. Once payment is processed, the book will be available for pickup from our office at Hampshire House Room 221. Our current hours for pickup are Monday - Friday, 10 am - 3 pm. We can also send the book through campus mail to campus addresses; if you wish to have the book sent to a campus address please email us at @email after placing your order.
