
Join us at the Fall 2023 Arts and Humanities Virtual Internship Fair on Thursday, September 14th from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm. This semester, we will use Handshake™, a career network and recruiting platform for college students, to host the Internship Fair.
Students
Beginning on August 24, schedule your meeting reservations with your desired organization(s) on Handshake prior to the Internship Fair. You can also create a profile and upload your resume if you have not already done so.
Tips on how to successfully prepare for a virtual internship or career fair:
- Research and schedule your 10-minute meetings.
- Make sure you have a PDF of your resume ready to upload. Get help with your resume today! Check-in with HFA Advising and Career Center to receive feedback on your resume.
- Watch a quick demo on how to use Handshake™.
- Become familiar with the site and with attending internship providers.
- On the day of the fair (Thursday, September 14th) log in a few minutes before your meeting reservation time to make a good impression.
- To avoid connectivity issues, we recommend you use a laptop or desktop computer to make the best impression at your meetings on the day of the fair. Make sure your browser allows pop-ups. You can access Handshake™ on the day of the fair through this link.
Internship Providers
List your internship with AES and register today to attend the Internship Fair. If you already have an internship listed with us, please take a moment to review it and see if it needs to be updated.
