22nd Annual Mark Roskill Symposium
Every year the second-year graduate students of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Department of the History of Art and Architecture, organize a symposium and invite a guest speaker to give a presentation followed by a scholarly discussion with selected panelists.

In 2021-22, our MA Program carried on with the three diversity initiatives implemented under the leadership of the Graduate Program Director Gülru Çakmak, namely the Graduate Diversity Fellowship, Holistic Admission Evaluation Rubric and the Annual Graduate Student Climate Survey.
