Yuqing Tao

Yuqing Tao (he/him) is a second-year M.A. student. Yuqing graduated from Oberlin College (Geology, Archaeological Studies, Art History) in 2022 and is a trained conservator and archaeological illustrator. He is interested in East Asian material culture and archaeology fieldwork technologies. He specializes in religious stone carving, late imperial China cave temples and cliff carvings, religious syncretism, and neolithic archaeology.
