Professor Caryn Brause, FAIA, will be traveling to Ireland this month (June) to conduct research and to present at the International Health Promoting Campuses Conference. Her work studies the role of the campus environment in supporting well-being, including a Spring Design VI research studio conducted in partnership with UMass’s Campus Life and Wellbeing Collaborative, and two recently published papers exploring this topic: “Out of confinement: adaptive agency and dynamic meaning-making in accounts of pandemic campus restrictions” and “Cultivating Campus Settings Research at a Health Promoting University.”
