Associate Professor Ajla Aksamija will be a keynote speaker for the International Academic Conference on Architecture and Design 2020 (IACAD 2020) on June 4 and 5, 2020. The conference is based in Singapore, but this year it is organized as an online event. The registration is free for faculty members, students, researchers, and practitioners. Ajla's presentation, "Innovations in Architecture: Role of Research and Building Technologies", will focus on innovations in architecture, advanced building technologies and the role of research in innovative practices.

Ajla also recently presented her research work at two additional virtual events:  "Innovations in Architecture: Building Technology Research and Building Science in Contemporary Practice" for the BH Futures Foundation on May 12 and "Sustainable and High-Performance Facades" for the Western Massachusetts American Institute of Architects (AIA) on May 14.
