Professor Naomi Darling presented Case Study of an Adaptive Reuse Using Embodied Carbon Visualizations as Part of a Holistic Design Process, co-authored with Garth Schwellenbach, Mitsuki Ito, and Xinyi Qi. The case study explores sustainable design strategies through embodied carbon analysis in adaptive reuse projects.  

Professor Awino Hellen presented work by The B-TEAM (Building Technology Educators Advancing Mentorship): Curriculum Development Through Mutual Mentoring, a paper co-authored with colleagues Robert L. Williams, Jordan Kanter, Caryn Brause and Ray K. Mann. The presentation shared insights from a collaborative mentoring model for curriculum development rooted in mutual support and equity.
