Nicholas Caverly, anthropology, has been awarded a Hunt Postdoctoral Fellowship Grant from the Wenner-Gren Foundation to complete his book, Demolishing Detroit: How Structural Racism Takes Place. The grant recognizes scholars whose work "has the potential to transform our understanding of what it means to be human."
