Clark Farm is a small "Real Organic Project" certified diversified farm. 75% of farm revenue comes from CSA membership. Increasingly, cut flowers have become more important to the farm. Flower CSA shares, bouquets, PYO flowers, and flower workshops are a growing revenue source. Come learn how Assistant Manager Mary Liz manages all aspects of the cut flower operation.
