Pwa nan Massachusetts

Ou ka jwenn pwa ant mwa out ak mwa oktòb. Gade nan paviyon lavant fèmye, oswa nan mache fèmye, oswa nan magazen manje lokal ou pou mande kilè yo vann pwa na kote sa yo. Yo plante plizyè varyete pwa. Genyen yo nan plizyè kalite koulè wouj, jòn, vèt, ak mawon.   Varyete ki rele pwa Bartlett la, se li ou jwenn pi fasil nan Etazini. Pwa genyen anpil eleman nitrisyon ladan li, se yon fwi ki dous epi ki gen anpil ji, epi li se yon bon konpleman nan yon rejim alimantè ki bon pou sante.

 

Konsèy pou pwa                        

  • Chwazi pwa ki gen bèl koulè epi ki fre, san mak sou yo ni kote ki kraze.
  • Pou gade si yo mi, peze yo dousman toupre ke a. Si ou santi li yon jan mou, pwa a pare pou ou manje l.
  • Pou kite yon pwa mi, kite l sou yon tab oswa nan yon bòl. Si ou mete pwa yo toupre pòm, pwa yo pral mi pi vit.
  • Ou ka konsève pwa ki mi yo nan frijidè pandan jiska yon semenn.  

 

Eleman nitrisyon
