Massachusetts 4-H Youth Shine at the 2025 Big E

The Big E, presented by the Eastern States Exposition, once again brought together youth from
across New England to compete, learn, and celebrate youth excellence. Held from September 13
to 28, 2025, in West Springfield, Massachusetts, the event showcased the talent, dedication,
and spirit of young leaders through the New England 4-H Program.
As a standout delegation, Massachusetts 4-H, which was represented by 167 youth
participants and 87 volunteers hailing from communities across the Commonwealth. These
youth engaged in a wide array of educational and competitive events, including showmanship,
judging, skill-a-thon, quiz bowl, visual presentations, and cook-offs.

Massachusetts 4-Hers not only participated enthusiastically but also excelled in team
competitions across various project areas. Their hard work, preparation, and team spirit resulted
in numerous awards and accolades. Here are some highlights of their outstanding
performance:

This year’s success at The Big E reflects the strength of the Massachusetts 4-H Program and the
commitment of its members, volunteers, and families. The program continues to foster
leadership, responsibility, and hands-on learning for youth across the state.

Congratulations to all Massachusetts 4-H participants for representing the Commonwealth with
pride and excellence at The Big E 2025!
