March into STEM with 4-H

Our new STEM Advisory has hit the ground running.  Dhatri Daggubati of Alarm Robotics in Norfolk County , Ariana Dube of Upton Hoofbeats in Worcester County & Hitesh Vuppala of Ashland Innovation in Middlesex County have stepped up to serve as a Leadership Team for facilitating our monthly meetings.  Along with most participating in our STEAM Festival showcasing projects they have worked on they are also planning a Robotics track at Explore UMass and our next 4-H Family STEM Day on November 7th.   Upon request we are hosting an Ag in STEM series and working to bring more STEM to fairs this summer. Our team meets the first Wednesday of the month and along with our meeting watch for the following.

STEAM Festival:  Our awards program will be March 14th at 7pm.  Participants will be receiving an email with link that they can share with their family and leaders.  We will also have the powerpoint at State VP's and winners announced in an upcoming STEM Broadcast later this month.

Spring Ag & STEM:  Our series kicked off and you can now register in 4honline with our first geared towards teens with a trip to a Greenhouse on March 21st.    We also will have a zoom on pollinators and habitat analysis open to all 4-H families on Thursday March 19th
