2025 UMass 4-H Cattle Academy

The 2025 UMass 4-H Cattle Academy, held from June 20–22 at the Three County Fairgrounds in Northampton, MA, provided youth with hands-on experience in washing, fitting, clipping, and showmanship for beef, dairy, and working steer projects. The event included workshops led by industry experts, along with fun activities like making grilled cheese and milkshakes, and evening entertainment. Participants also received valuable training on health certificates, chores, and livestock judging, while Aaron Stevens was available for hoof trimming.
