Submit a Question or Concern

  • Report a concern or complaint directly to the UMass Extension 4-H Youth Development Program Official Form
  • Report a concern/incident about 4-H to the UMass Office of Equal Opportunity and Access (This form can be submitted anonymously.) This can be used to submit a concern about discrimination, equal opportunity and access or Title IX.
  • General question about 4H - Please email ag[at]cns[dot]umass[dot]edu (subject: Questions%20about%20Mass%204-H) (ag[at]cns[dot]umass[dot]edu) and put "4-H Question" in the subject heading of the email.
  • Please reach out to your local 4-H Educator to request youth and/or volunteer accommodations for 4-H programs.  Please submit your request at least 30 days in advance of the date of which accommodations are needed.
