Please join CAFE in congratulating Jeanne Baranek on 40 years of service at UMass! During her tenure at CAFE’s Nutrition Education Program, Jeanne has successfully overseen planning and implementation of programming of NEP in the Northeast region and promoted nutrition and physical activity in her community. Jeanne has built amazing relationships with local universities by training interns from UMass Amherst, UMass Lowell, and Merrimack College. Collaborating with Lawerence public schools, food pantries, and food policy coalitions. Jeanne is a pilar of the Northeast region community.
