The Department OU change process has begun. Please submit your changes by the end of April using the online change form.

Each year we ask for your assistance with updating the Finance and HR Department Trees which represent the Campus organizational structure. The accuracy of the department trees is essential to control finance and HR row-level security, budget checking and the summarization of transactions.

Please provide information for any FY2026 organizational changes by filling out our online change form. The requested changes will take effect at the beginning of the new fiscal year on July 1st, 2025. If your department structure is not changing you do not need to submit a form. All changes must be approved by your Executive Financial Officer (EFO) and HR Administrative Officer (AO). Each EFO/AO will receive a copy of all online change requests for their executive area. The deadline for submitting changes is April 25th.
