How to Work with Biological Materials on Campus

  • All work with human source materials, pathogenic microorganisms, “Select Agents,” and other biological hazardous agents must be registered with EH&S.
  • All work with animals or recombinant or synthetic nucleic acid molecules must be registered with the Institutional Biosafety Committee in the Office of Research Compliance .
