This form should be used to request development of any new marketing communications materials, such as those identified in this form under “Types of Projects”, as well as updating of existing materials. All Fields on this form should be completed as fully as possible. This will help determine the level of support and type of communication needed for your project. This will also help determine the priority of your project along with others in production. Please make sure to attach any supporting materials at the bottom of this request. Once we have received the form, a member of the Marketing/Communications staff will contact you to discuss your project.
Once we have draft versions of your marketing piece and send them to you, it is imperative that we receive timely responses with feedback or approval (within 24 hours). We are allotted 2 rounds of revisions per our contract. Delays in receiving feedback or approvals will delay your project.
A minimum of 2 weeks may be required for printed material request after artwork has been approved. The scope of some requests, especially new projects or items to be mailed, may require more time. Delays is receiving feedback/approvals will further delay projects.
