Understanding Challenges Facing Queer and Trans Faculty

These experiences may lead lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) faculty to leave their institutions. This workshop discusses how region, climate, and other factors impact queer/trans spectrum faculty, and how
institutions can help develop more supportive environments.
