Bio:

Hi! My name is Rebecca Duffy and I’m from Chicopee, Massachusetts. I am a Junior at UMass Amherst double-majoring in Journalism and Communication. My dream is to work in the broadcast news industry. I am a video reporter for the Amherst Wire, a student-run online magazine, and the social media coordinator for the UMass Irish Dance Club. In my free time, you can find me studying in the Integrative Learning Center (ILC), eating at Berk, or talking to a camera! One fun fact about me is that I transferred to UMass Amherst in the Spring of 2019 and am so happy to call it my new home.

If you have any questions about being a college transfer student, or anything about life at UMass, feel free to contact me at rnduffy@umass.edu.
