Bio:

Hi! My name is Rebecca Duffy and I’m from Chicopee, Massachusetts. I am a senior at UMass Amherst double-majoring in Journalism and Communication. My dream is to work as a radio or podcast host of a lifestyle show, or for a women's lifestyle magazine. I am a Campus News Editor for the Amherst Wire, a student-run online magazine, and the Social Media Coordinator for the UMass Irish Dance Club. I also recently started my own podcast called "I Like to Talk!" I am currently living off-campus in Amherst, so I like to eat at restaurants in downtown, go on walks around Amherst, and have movie nights with my roommates. One fun fact about me is that I transferred to UMass Amherst in the Spring of 2019 and am so happy to call it my new home.

If you have any questions about transferring colleges, the Journalism and Communication majors, or anything about life at UMass, feel free to contact me at rnduffy@umass.edu!
