Please return the key to the DS office (435 Goodell) during business hours until there is a mailbox installed outside the Goodell 435 for late night return.
Everyone using the space is responsible for safely securing it when they are finished with their event/programming.
There is wave access that automatically opens the door. Please ensure the automatic door opener is turned on upon entering and turned off before securing the door when finished using the community space.
Everyone is responsible for picking up after themselves and leaving the room in the condition it was found.
Please plan time to set up/break down your event when booking the room.
No items should be left behind in the DSC without prior permission. We are working to set up a lending library, but this must be an orderly process, otherwise the DSC runs the risk of becoming full of unused items. If you would like to donate an item to the lending library, please contact @email.
Library books are being set up for loan. Please do not take library books from the space without checking them out from DS. Loan forms are available in the Disability Services office (435 Goodell).
When the trash/recycling bins are full, their contents can be deposited in the 3rd floor receptacles in Goodell close to the rest room/elevator.
Please fill out this form to request to reserve the Disability Community Space in Goodell 331 for events and programming. Please note this space is being shared by several disability groups and space may not always be available in 331. The Goodell building will be open from 7am-10pm.
