Samm Nelson, CPACC, (she/her) provides training to students, staff and faculty on assistive technology tools for education and employment across the diverse learning spectrum. Passionate about assistive technology and web accessibility, Samm gives presentations to the campus community on the use of assistive technology for both persons with disabilities and able-bodied persons.

Marcie Savoie, M.Ed., CPACC (she/her) assists students, faculty, and staff with identifying digital accessibility challenges and learning to use assistive technologies to address issues encountered while learning, teaching, and working at UMass. As an advocate for accessible design and Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Marcie presents workshops and provides consultations to help others create accessible content and design educational experiences with UDL to benefit learners of all abilities.

Gail Gunn (she/her) works closely with and provides services to campus partners to identify and resolve digital accessibility barriers.
Testing with screen readers and other assistive technologies, Gail explores and reports on the usability of websites, mobile applications, and PDF documents.
Gail Uses her Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to help make our digital platform a place where all users feel welcomed.

Ava Healy (they/any) works in the Equal Opportunity and Access Office / Office of Equity and Inclusion and with the UMass community to provide resources on digital accessibility.
