The Academic Personnel Policy (Trustee Policy T76-081, aka the "Red Book") is a board of trustee policy document that governs many academic personnel actions, identifies the roles and responsibilities of the faculty and department administrators in personnel actions, and establishes the standards and criteria for personnel reviews, recommendations, and decisions.
