Academic HR Partners serve as the primary point of contact between their school or college and Academic HR, guiding faculty and departmental staff through all aspects of the faculty lifecycle, including appointments and reappointments, promotions, tenure, sabbaticals, and leaves. They provide expertise on university policies, collective bargaining agreements, and academic HR systems, while ensuring processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. Each partner is part of a university-wide cohort, collaborating to share best practices and support consistent, high-quality academic HR services across all schools and colleges.
