Warring States Papers
Book and Series AbbreviationsThe following list, or a relevant selection from it, is printed in each issue of WSP. These abbreviations may be used by authors to simplify references and citations within articles, and in the concluding Works Cited lists (those using other than CA romanization in their articles may use the analogous abbreviation in their system without special explanation). They represent a minimum of presumed acquaintance; things that authors do not need to keep continually explaining to readers. See also the separate page for Journal abbreviations; for the classical texts, see the union list of Abbreviations in Warring States Texts. Pagination for references to the Dynastic Histories is that of the relevant Jung-hwa punctuated edition.
