Tutoring Staff

The Writing Center is staffed with both graduate students and undergraduate peer tutors. Most graduate tutors are experienced members of the Writing Program teaching staff whose areas of concentration include composition and rhetoric. The undergraduate peer tutors have received extensive training as tutors through a two-semester course, including a seminar in the teaching of writing and a supervised practicum in the Writing Center.
