Teaching Writing with Technology
Moodle is the University's Learning Management System. Each semester Moodle course requests must be made through SPIRE. The "Instructions for Requesting a Moodle Course" will provide you with the steps needed to request and import the College Writing template. For more Moodle resources, see the Technology section of the Resource Center Teaching Database.

If you want an alternative to creating class magazines through Print Services or are looking for an easy way to incorporate more technology into your teaching, using blogs for publishing student writing is a great option. For more information about how to use Blogs in your class click here.
Moodle offers a number of easy options for sharing student work. If you already have a Moodle course and are looking for another option for publication, try a forum or wiki! For more information about using forums and wikis click here.
