Reflection

Process Goals

Throughout the process, students compose reflective pieces reflecting upon the work they’ve done to help make more apparent why they’ve chosen to write and revise what they did. Such reflections occur throughout the process. In short, reflection occursoften in the process and is designed to help give you (the teacher) insight into the rhetorical choices your student writers are making and to help students begin to develop a language for self-assessing their own writing.
