Writing Program Teaching Resources

Writing Program Teaching Database

Below you will find exercises, activities, and assignments intended to help you design your writing class and plan your lessons. The resources were written by instructors of the Writing Program at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with the units of our College Writing (Englwrit 112) in mind. When browsing through these resources, consider how they fit with your particular course and your particular goals. And when you encounter a resource geared toward a different unit than your class is currently working on, consider how it might be adapted to suit the present needs of your students.
