Rock Band Exercise

In your journal, write down 5 lines, or more, starting each line with the phrase 'I remember..."
Write down 5 lines, or more, starting each line with the phrase, "I don't remember..."
on the blue card write an adjective
on the red card write a noun
pass the cards to the front of the room
pick up a red card and a blue card from the piles (the cards are face down).

I write the following on the board:
- This is___________________
- S/He's from_____________
- His/her major is_______.
- The name of his/her band is____________________
- The name of their first single is _____________)
To find out the name of your band, put your cards together (noun + adjective or adjective + noun). Pick a line from your "I remember.,." or your "I don't remember..." list to get the name of your first single.
Introduce the person next to you to the rest of the class using the format on the board.
