WebCT/SPARK Class Request Form

Fill out this form and submit it in order to set up a WebCT section for your class. Under the heading If you want to use a Course Template enter "Engl698P - Teaching/Writing with Technology" if you teach 112. If you teach 111, enter "EnglWP111 - Basic Writing " -- additionally, in the box labelled "Comments/Questions?", specify that you want to use the section created by Deirdre Vinyard (dvinyard @ acad.umass.edu). That should give the WebCT folks enough info to go on.).
