The Escort Service at UMass is designed to provide safe, dependable and courteous campus travel for students, faculty, staff and guests of the community. Anyone going to or coming from University property (no off-campus operations) is eligible for the escort service.
Service is available during the semester, from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., seven days a week by calling 413-545-2123
Properly trained student security staff, equipped with radio communication, security hat, and a security ID badge serve as escorts.
