Society of Women Engineers

Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a non-profit, educational service organization dedicated to encouraging women to achieve their full potential in the engineering profession and as leaders. SWE holds various meetings and events that help inform undergraduates about industry opportunities, mentor programs and to serve as a center of information for women in engineering. UMass Amherst has a SWE chapter which meets regularly.
